Once your order is placed, you will receive a notification of delivery.
•  Free UK Delivery: 2-3 Working Days
•  Express UK Delivery: Next Working Day – £4.99
Order by 1 pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays), for next-day delivery.

Returns Policy
We ensure our products meet high standards, but if you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 14 days in a saleable condition and in the original packaging.

Returns Process
•  Email us at info@parcel2u.co.uk within 14 days of receipt for return authorisation.
•  Items sent back without authorisation may not be accepted.
•  Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
•  Refunds or replacements are processed upon item inspection, depending on the condition.

Important Information
•  Keep proof of postage for returned items.
•  Items must be returned in original condition before fitting to your property.
•  For faulty items, contact our Customer Care team prior to returning.
